Hemp Permits In PR — Is It Legal To Use CBD In Puerto Rico?  Cannabis legality is confusing enough in US states. However, the 2018 US Farm Bill has helped clarify DC’s stance on hemp-derived goods, especially CBD oils. While it’s clear CBD oil is federally legal in the 50 US states, there are many questions about how this policy applies in other US territories. For instance, is CBD legal in Puerto Rico?Whether you live in Puerto Rico or plan to visit, it’s crucial to review this island’s stance on hemp-extracted CBD products. People must also constantly review Puerto Rico’s ever-changing cannabis policies. So, Can People Legally Use CBD Oil In Puerto Rico?Unfortunately, CBD oil’s legal status in Puerto Rico isn’t simple to explain. PR officials have introduced many laws regulating medical marijuana, but they have yet to directly address recreational CBD oil. Ray Volpe Sings a Happy Song Ray Volpe Sings a Happy Song: DJ and producer Ray Volpe got his start in electronic music back in 2010.“It’s been 13 years now, time flies, it’s so crazy to think about,” he says. “I was in 7th grade in North Carolina, just messing around making Call of Duty montage videos to the sounds of various electronic music. That’s how I found it and that’s how I fell in love with it. I was so enamored of the massive spectrum this overall umbrella of EDM really was. House music, dubstep, drum & bass, the list goes on with so many fusions and sub-genres. I was really into electro, electro house, and dubstep at first. Skrillex was a massive starting inspiration for me. I wanted to start making music like the songs I would use for those gaming edits, so I downloaded FL Studio and just gave it a shot. Honestly, I hated the user interface. It felt unnatural to me. I totally respect FL producers, and I think I could make it work now, but it just didn’t connect with me at...

Only tickets — not driving tests — can curb dangerous driving, reader says: Roadshow Q: DMV behind-the-wheel tests should be used only for first-time driver’s tests. For the rest of us, they are a waste of everyone’s time. The worst-performing drivers I see probably are the most skilled drivers when they want to be, or they would have wrecked their cars by now with all their speeding, tailgating, cutting people off, breaking the law, and changing lanes every few yards. The DMV Driver’s Handbook lists the most common causes of collisions as driver distractions, unsafe speed, improper turns, not following the right-of-way rules, not following stop signals and signs, driving on the wrong side of the road, and traveling faster or slower than the flow of traffic. No experienced driver would do these things during a behind-the-wheel test, but some drivers do these things all the time on the road.More enforcement is the only way we are going to stop bad drivers.Pete Williams, MoragaA: You raise a good point. The CHP recently hired more officers, and will be...
