15-year-old shot in Santa Rosa Saturday night has died, police say gang-related (BCN) -- A 15-year-old boy shot in an altercation in Santa Rosa Saturday night has died, according to Santa Rosa Police Chief John Cregan. The boy was in critical condition Sunday night after being shot Saturday night. He had no pulse when paramedics arrived and died around 11:43 p.m. Sunday night. Police believe the incident was gang related. No arrests have been made so far.
